Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. It interviews and scores against the competencies you chose, and gives a recommendation for context. You read the transcript, replay the interview and make the call.
Do candidates need an app or an account?
No. They tap a link and it opens in their phone's browser.
What does the candidate actually experience?
An interviewer speaks each question aloud, listens to the answer, and asks a follow-up when it needs one. It's a conversation, not a form.
Can I change the questions?
Yes. We draft them from your job ad; you edit, reorder or delete any of them. Nothing reaches a candidate until you approve it.
What happens to the recording?
It's stored in access-controlled storage and shown to your team through short-lived links.
Where is my data?
The app is hosted in Sydney. Speech, voice and AI processing use providers in the United States. The trust page names each one and what it sees.
Are you certified (SOC 2, ISO 27001)?
Not yet. The trust page says so and lists what we do have in place.
What does it cost?
Packs from $99 for five interviews. Credits never expire.
